Any Imperfect Rituals doesn't work. Using WAILA (Also using WAWLA, not sure which one adds it), I was able to see that the ritual exists, because it appears in the tooltip when I press shift. I tried both the Night Ritual (Lapis Lazuli Block) and the Rain Ritual (Water) (both above the ritual, but they showed a unlocalized name at WAILA, such as ritual.BloodMagic.imperfect.night and *.rain The following shows up in the console when I right-click with empty hand in the Imperfect Ritual Stone:

[Client thread/INFO] [BloodMagic|API]: Invalid Imperfect Ritual was called

Also, seems like this message appears twice in one right click.
