Would be nice to have an Option to disable Teleposing of the Player and Entitys in general

we have some rules and config restrictions that require people to take at least the way through the nether to exchange items with wach other and the teleposer bypasses this somehow ... well it is forbidden now but beeing able to disable it would be nice
