[1.9] Filter changes directions

Filters on 2 directions can interfere with each other. Can also overwrite a filter setting on another direction when you intent to set a different direction.
BloodMagic-1.9-2.0.0-38 - Forge 1907
I had the same problem with Bloodmagic-1.9-2.0.0-39
I tried to output stone into 2 chest from the same output node. When I chose 0 and 1 for my primary priority respectively. Both outputs changed to the same value. You modify one output and the other changes to match it.
But If I make the primary chest a priority of 1 and the overflow chest a priority of 2, this overwriting problem disappears.
I don't think 0 is a priority option. I think 0 Ignores priority or somehow shut it off for that facing.
This is something with the GUI. If you go between two directions with filters, and then try to change one, it sometimes changes the direction you just came from, not the one you are on. You can avoid it by switching to a blank side in between filtered sides.
Still happening in 1.10.2
BloodMagic-1.9.4-2.0.2-48
Forge 2007
my usual trick of switching to a blank direction didn't even work when I had it happen.
