What happens:

Unable to enchant my bound axe at the enchanting table or the anvil with books.

What you expected to happen:

I expected to be able to enchant my bound gear, I have been able to until this last update.

1. Enchant any bound gear. If unable then issue is duplicated.

• BloodMagic: BloodMagic-1.9.4-2.0.2-45
• Minecraft: 1.9.4
• Forge: forge-1.9.4-12.17.0.1910-1.9.4-installer-win.exe

This is broken as of 4b221c2 which is exactly why I didn't do that.
