[Suggestion] Tinkers Construct Modifier

I really like the new way of collecting the will but I even more like tinkerstools.
So what would be the best? Right a "will" modifier for tinkers construct.
I suggest a tier 4 slate and a piece of Demonic Will for the modifier.
