ProjectE's Repair Talisman refills Potion Flasks

Issue Description:

A Repair Talisman from ProjectE will refill potion flasks (faster than they can be drunk), giving them infinite uses.

What happens:

When a potion flask is drunk, it's uses (durability) decreases as expected, though shortly after the Repair Talisman will restore the flask's durability, and thus it's uses.

What you expected to happen:

A Potion Flask to have limited uses, even with a repair Talisman present.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make a Potion Flask, any works.
  2. Have it in your inventory with a Talisman of Repair.
  3. Take a drink.
