Ritual of Regeneration does not actually affect mobs

Issue Description:

The Ritual of Regeneration applies regeneration to players, but not to mobs

What happens:

Neither animals nor hostile mobs (at least spiders) show particles or recover health while in the area of effect. Area of effect is confirmed by me getting regeneration.

What you expected to happen:

Non-undead mobs should show regeneration particles and recover health.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build a Ritual of Regeneration (and optionally, Containment)
  2. Spawn in some mobs
  3. Damage them.
    ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: BloodMagic-1.9.4-2.0.3-54.jar
  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
