Many Shaped crafting recipes missing NEI overlay button

Most, but not all are missing the "?" for NEI overlay button. This is with beta 18 and but I know it was an issue with all other beta's.
This is only an issue with sigils I think. Though I am at work and cannot verify. The issue is with ShapedOrbRecipe. Looks like they may need to implement IOverlayHandler or something similar. I am not very familiar with NEI's API.
