Crash from Sacrificial Knife death

Issue Description:

What happens: Crash when killed using sacrificial dagger. Reproducable every time on server. Using CityScapes modpack from Curse Client. I am the pack author.

What you expected to happen: respawn

Steps to reproduce:

  1. kill yourself with sacrificial dagger
  2. crash to desktop
  3. ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: 2.1.0-65
  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 12.18.2.2107

The log says it is an evilcraft bug. Probably from a damage event or something.
