[1.10.2] Sigil of Ender Serverance not working?

Issue Description:

I'm not sure if this is an issue, or it's just not working in my world, but Sigil of Ender Serverance seems to be not working. Endermans still teleport around even if in the range of 11x11x11m when I try to attack with ranged weapon(vanilla bow and arrow).

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: BloodMagic-1.9.4-2.1.0-66
  • Minecraft:
  • Forge: forge-12.18.2.2116

Needs testing for recent version. Otherwise unsupported/invalid.
