Alchemy array captured skeletons become disloyal upon restart

Issue Description:
Skeletons betray master upon world exit. (only tested in singleplayer, possibly works fine in multiplayer until server restart?)
What happens:
Skeletons charmed by arrow/feather alchemy array become hostile again upon exiting world and starting up again.
What you expected to happen:
Skeleton walks onto arrow/feather array and its service persists through world exits.
Steps to reproduce:
- Craft skeleton charming turret array (arcane ashes > arrow > feather) and lure/drag skeleton onto it.
- When skeleton stops shooting you, place nametag on it to prevent despawning. Exit your world.
- Start your world and enjoy an icy cold arrow of betrayal. Your skeleton minion is hostile again.
- That treasonous swine.
Affected Versions
- BloodMagic: 1.9.4-2.1.0-66
- Minecraft: 1.10.2
- Forge: 12.18.2.2114
Did some more testing and sometimes could not replicate. Other times skeletons became irreversibly passive to both players and enemy mobs, raising bow for a split second when an enemy is in range and then lowering bow and resuming idle animation with no attack.
