Make the configuration files more organized and split them into logical parts:

• core configuration, all about rendering, maps, worlds, metrics, download-acception and data-paths
• webserver configuration, everything webserver related, webroot, webdata, cookies, ip, port...
• plugin configuration, everything plugin related, live-api / updates..
• marker configuration, add a separate configuration for manually added markers. So users don't have to edit the marker.json themselves
