Blacked out Lines around fully rendered sections

What i did / Steps to reproduce
Installed blue map on Paper MC server running on windows
Actual result
Strange black areas -- when i explore these areas, it turns normal, but the black moves over to a different area that I just explored
Context
BlueMap Version: 5.5 on Paper MC 1.24.4-207
I used chunky to try to regenerate sections, but that didnt work. I purged the map, that didnt work either.
Tried this: https://bluemap.bluecolored.de/community/FixLighting.html
But didnt fix it
