What i did / Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the BlueMap web interface.
2. Go to the "Settings" section of the page.
3. Change the language selection (e.g., from English to 简体中文（中国大陆）).

Expected result

The language in the page title should update to reflect the selected language.

Actual result

The page title retains the previous language setting. The new language only applies after manually reloading the page.
