[1.12] Re-Rendering Blur Effect When GUI Updates

Hi @tterrag1098 ,

I believe I have found an issue with Blur in Minecraft 1.12, here's the details:

Issue Information

  • Minecraft 1.12
  • Minecraft Forge 14.21.1.2387
  • Blur 1.0.2-10

Issue Description

When updating an open GUI by either viewing a recipe in JEI or opening the Inventory Tweaks Options GUI the blur effect will be re-rendered making it look rather weird. The log is presented with similar information as the previous issue I reported (#12) leading to the assumption that they are perhaps connected.
