Simple as it says, i enable the mod, no blur (but darkening) disable it, blur works.

No options fix it

I found a work around sort of. use FA000000 for the color, has like a opacity of 98% but not actually blurry

So i found a way to make the blur sorta happen, when i wear the SCP lockdown Night vision goggles and open chat with it not blacklisted, i get blur. but only in chat.

Have you reported this to them as well?
