When both optifine and Blur are installed, chat is blurred by default

when optifine is installed, the default cfg blurs the world while typing in chat.

version of minecraft: 1.12.2, forge-14.23.5.2847
version of optifine: Optifine HD U F5
version of blur: 1.0.4-14

Add net.optifine.gui.GuiChatOF to the exceptions.
