Vic's Modern Warfare adds its own custom realistic night vision system. When night vision is active and blur is applied, for an example by opening inventory, everything is fine. But after blur is removed, like closing the inventory, night vision also goes out. To reactivate it, you have to double tap the toggle night vision key. So basically, after the blur is removed, the MW night vision effect is also removed. This is not supposed to happen.
