Copper and Bronze Crafting
In the original version of Minecraft, copper was a widely used material, but had limited use in crafting armor or tools. Copper might be useful for building or as a decorative block, but it was not very useful for players who wanted to make practical equipment. When Mojang updated copper, I was looking forward to the appearance of new armor, but it didn't happen. In the end, players chose not to mine copper because it was really not very useful. This mod expands the potential of copper by introducing a new alloy: bronze. Made by combining copper and tin, bronze is a more durable and stronger material, perfect for survival players and beginners looking for better equipment options in the early stages. For new players in Minecraft, there is a long vacuum period between leather and iron, and between iron and diamond, so I use copper and bronze to fill these two vacuum periods, which greatly increases the gaming experience of new players.
Main features:
Copper Armor & Tools:
With this mod, copper is no longer just a decorative material! Players can now craft basic tools and armor using copper ingots. While not as strong as iron, copper armor provides a useful alternative for those just starting out or who want to experiment with new materials.(Also added new achievements: Copper!Copper! Copper! and Copper, Tin? Bronze! You'll unlock the corresponding recipe after unlocking the achievement.)
Introducing Bronze:
By combining 1 Copper and 1 Tin (smelted from Tin Ore), players can craft Bronze Ingots. This alloy is a significant upgrade over pure copper. It offers better durability, damage, and armor protection. Bronze serves as a great "stepping stone" between copper and iron, making it perfect for players who want stronger gear in the early and mid-game stages of survival.
Balanced Progression:
Bronze is designed to fit into the game's natural progression system. While copper is weak and not ideal for combat or protection, bronze allows players to craft tools and armor that are more reliable, especially in the early stages of the game. Its durability is higher than copper's, and it offers better protection, making it an excellent choice for players who want to improve their gear before moving on to iron or other higher-tier materials.
New Crafting Recipes:
The mod adds a variety of new crafting recipes that allow players to create bronze tools, weapons, and armor. Players can combine copper and tin in various ways to create functional equipment, providing more crafting options and a smoother, more enjoyable survival experience. This allows for greater flexibility in how players approach material gathering and crafting.
