One of my players is having frequent freezes and crashes, and her logs are FILLED with line after line of this. Any idea what might be causing this?

I've figured out that the block is the Double Stone Slab. It seems to happen when it places together and turns to the black and purple non-texture. We're using the version of the mod for 1.10.2.
