Minecraft 1.9.4
Forge 12.17.0.1976
BuildingBricks 2.0.9

When the trowel is loaded with a block, I'm unable to swap the block out with another as exampled in the YouTube videos. Uncertain if another mod may be conflicting.

Sorry to answer so late, but in what way were you trying to swap the blocks out?
