Crashes during startup on a modpack after new update

I have this larger modpack I've been playing on with a server, been waiting for the update because I heard you did some stuff to fix the issues relating to memory usage with the textures. Crashes right after startup.
This specific issue is fixed, however, latex covered blocks don't render correctly given my local mod setup. Need to test.
Found out it also crashes my server too

Seems like the new latex texture overlay system is not happy with Create (full log https://mclo.gs/cNUU8uC )

After disabling the Changed mod, game starts normally.
