Goo Beasts Drip Excessively After Pausing The Game For Long Periods of Time.

Not 100% sure if Pausing the game is the exact cause, but it appears to be. The effect is especially noticeable on voxel-dense parts of models.
I had seen this myself before, I figured it is from the particle engine still ticking when the server is not.
Related to #776 , maybe...?
