I was playing with the mod and noticed that they were a bug you gotta fix. Basically, when you pick organs from you chest and then die. The organs become incompatible and organ rejection effect trigger.

I think that's intentional, so you can't just farm organs like this by dying repeatedly.
I'd actually like to see a restoration of the thing where you got rotten organs to replace any missing vital capacities if you die, that was interesting.
