So I had received a game breaking bug and it cause me to restart my world twice and it's caused when I replaced my spine with an endman's spine via chest cavity and when I took damage I got locked in state where my hearts instantly go to zero and my screen tilts and starts jittering to the upright and tilted position and I can still move around like I am alive but I can't open my inventory for more than a second and mobs ignore me and I can't die and it won't give me the death screen so I can't respawn and I can still move around, the bug is unfixable for me

I was also and Endurian origin with the Explorer Class from the Origin's Class mod

I also can not reproduce (With the sweet-berry death after obtaining an ender spine; Single Player) with the mod list. It sounds like you might have gotten affected by something that has cause your player to be treated as dead, but not properly. If you know of anything before when you became glitched that might have affected your character's max health (like gear that reduces it), please inform us. Like if you changed mod configs from defaults before the issue happened

A possible workaround, is try /kill if you can use the ingame chat; If you're in single player with cheats off, a way to temporarily enable them is to open to lan. This should force a proper death.
Also, If you can, possibly make a copy of your game save and upload it to a file sharing site (e.g, google drive), if you cant think of anything.

Is there a particular modpack you are using? I cannot replicate the issue.

Well, I had bewitchment installed along with the Biome makeover and a plethora of other mods and the modpack I had was my custom one

It started happening after i downloaded those 2 mods

Also have you tried taking damage from a berry bush, i managed to replicate it VIA that or dying to a spineless Enderman?

@OzaKahuu Please leave a list of your mods(including the mod version), and any config changes you might have done. Without knowing what's there, we can't know what could be causing it

I haven't changed them since i found the glitch

I already tried /Kill, and it did nothing as I expected when the glitch first happened

I also did change the config on cavity, and it was that I had organ rejection off and the max heart health from using another heart increased to give double, but I tried disabling all the mods too and still nothing so as far as I know there's no work around outside of turning the mod off until it's fixed

Were you in the 1.18.2 version?
