Chisel Blocks don't show break progress

Tested on Chisel 0.0.6.48 on Minecraft 1.10.2, with the following mods installed(It may occur without them, just saying, I haven't tried with just Chisel):

I have tried on Limestone and Marble(Both Raw) and Chiseled Stone(Wide Bricks).
EDIT: Just realized there are updates available. Hang on while I test again on the latest version. Sorry if this issue is invalid.
