Suggestion: Tudor blocks

It would be nice to have Tudor blocks - eg mostly white blocks with single diagonal wood embedded, double wood planks like V or ^ (inverted V), and in X shape.
Probably based around white concrete and the vanilla wood variants (oak, spruce if not all are possible).
The would need to have connected textures on the diagonals (not sure if that is possible).
Exactly - just not so complex. I think a simple diagonal / and \ as well as a X would be enough - the V shape isn't useful with 45° angles. The horizontal and vertical can be vanilla wood blocks.
I think I have some proof-of-concept textures lying around for something like this, that use CTM's pattern type. I'll see if I can dig them up tomorrow.

did you ever find those textures? I'd love to see them!
Minecolonies comes with a set of these blocks - but they need lots of crafting to cycle between types. Would be nice if these blocks could be chiseled instead. That way you wouldn't need to add new blocks to the game - just support them in the chisel tool?
Adding integration with chisel is very easy, it's on Minecolonies to do so. There is plenty of documentation in our IMC class

erm, not really, the horizontal and vertical can't be replaced by wood as it takes 1 block space and the idea of the tudor block would be having frames smaller than a block
