Chisel block textures missing in gui after death but not in world

So it seems the textures themselves still exist but when you die JEI loses textures.
@tterrag1098 since latest code changes nothing re-enables this bug. Great work and thank you for squashing it :D
I can confirm that in order to cause glitch - do the following
Log in to my server.
PACK HERE - ALWAYS GRAB TOP RELEASE
http://192.168.1.14:25590/HFS/Minecraft/?sort=t&rev=1
Get in game.
Use Waystone menu - visit a global dimension
Goldrush
Nether Oh's
Hexlands
DIE
Respawn
Graphics vanish
If that doesn't work the first try - tp a couple times and die a couple times. It will work.
