[1.16.5] Impossible to chisel coal blocks/no coal (raw) block

MC ver 1.16.5
Forge ver: 36.1.32
Chisel ver: Chisel - MC1.16.5-2.0.0-alpha.4
Mods installed: chisel, CTM, and JEI
It seems coal blocks are impossible to chisel in the current alpha, you cannot chisel vanilla coal blocks in the chisel gui(regular or Tech Chisel), and there is no coal (Raw) block as there is for charcoal(1 piece of charcoal->1 charcoal(raw)). In alpha 3 you can chisel vanilla coal blocks in world with left click, but in alpha 4 that also seems to not work.
GIF below of the issue, the coal block on the left was placed with alpha 3 installed and chiseled once, quit game and updated to alpha 4 and you can see the block on the right cannot be chiseled, but I can continue chiseling the block on the left from alpha 3.
