This is a simple mod that must use together with MineColonies, It can disable special mobs or all mobs from a special mod inside your colonies.
The configuration file has mod id list and mob name list.
for example, you can add minecraft:enderman to the mobNameList array to disable ender man spawning inside colony.
or you can add lycanitesmobs (which is by default added) to the modIdList to disable all mobs spawning inside colony.
But this cannot totally disable some event based spawning. like the thunderstom created skeleton horse or some mob event from the lycanitesmobs.
This is a server only mod. you do not need to install it on client.
