Since your mod performs similar functions, would you please consider adding a /motd command to ColorChat? It seems that there's nothing available for forge that provides it.

Ideally it could be set by any operator, take effect without requiring a reboot, support ColorChat controls (of course!), and would display whenever a player connects to a server.

edit: The author of Thut's Essentials has offered to add one to his mod, so if you do decide this would be a good idea, please include a config option to disable to prevent conflict. I've asked him to do the same.
