Hi,

I installed on our server today and I've found the length and prohibited names aren't being checked.
Accordingly, /nick with no options is resulting in a name of zero length rather than a reset.

I have not tested this in isolation yet so if you can't reproduce, let me know and I'll see if I can find a conflicting mod.
