Colored Glowstone Dust doesn't pick up correctly.

A method wasn't overrode properly. If you pick up your first glowstone dust, it will behave appropriatly. You'll pick up a green one or whatever. But the SECOND dust you pick up, will always stack with the first color you picked up, even if it has a different metadata.
We'll need to find out what we missed there.
