A clear concise rework of the Absorption effect of Shielding Enchantment that should last 3 seconds (Tier 1) to 7 seconds (Tier 3)

Describe the reasoning for the suggestion. Balance? Fixing a frustrating mechanic? New Idea?
It makes an annoying sound with the Sound Physics Remastered mod.
