Teleporting Entities (shulkers) escaping Compact Machine causing massive LAG (single player)

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
I had my shulker farm escape and over fill the compact machine barriers and caused massive Tick issues until I issued the /kill for shulkers (19 were outside the boundaries)
Mod and Forge Versions
Mod Version: 4.0.0 beta 2
Forge version: 1.16.5 - 36.2.9
**Pack: FTB Oceanblock 1.9
Crash Information
no crash just massive lag.
Steps to reproduce:
Single player world
- used mob duplicators with shulker captured
- came back about an hr later and most of them escaped the kill box as shulkers do.
- kill all shulkers in machine.
- still hearing sounds of shulkers. *noticed server ms was 300+ with logs showing 1k-2k tps can't keep up msgs.
- issued /kill [type=shulker] and reported 19 were killed that did not exist within the Compact machine boundaries.
Suggestion: Prevent entities from teleporting out of compact machine boundaries.
