Feature request: allow teleporting between two compact machines

I am not using performance mods.

Description
Another "not a bug, just feature request"-type issue. I'd like to be able to teleport between my different compact machines using other mod's teleporters. Right now I can't do that even if I enable the "allowOutside" config option.
