extreme fps lag in corners of largest CM

Description

when i get within 5 bocks of a corner my frame rate drops to 1 or less and it makes it very hard to work with anything there. I have tried reducing my simulation distance and view distance to the lowest settings and it does not help

Thank you for the notice, but as it stands there is no information I can use to reproduce the issue. Please provide a spark profile report, or at the very least a list of mods/modpack and your system specs.
