Machines are visually rotated when exiting and re-entering a compact machine, but are functionally the same

Description
I am playing ATM 10 TTS v1.5, and whenever I leave a compact machine and then enter it again after some time has passed, any machine block in a compact machine has been rotated such that they all face the same way, making multiblock textures break; however, this is only visual, as machines still behave as intended, multiblocks still act as though they are formed, and the F3 screen confirms that they aren't actually rotated. This could be an issue with ATM10 TTS, but I am not sure, since the issue affects all blocks that have an axis nbt property. Updating the blocks affected does seem to reset the textures.

How to reproduce
- Place blocks in Compact Machine
- Exit Compact Machine (note: I don't believe unloading the chunks matters, since these chunks have been force loaded by FTB Teams)
- Re-enter Compact Machine
As you can see in the screenshot, the fuel rod is facing sideways, even though F3 says axis=y. This is not an issue with Extreme Reactors, the other rods that are vertical also say axis=y, and this issue has occured with Modern Industrialisation, Ender IO and Mekanism machines.
