Describe the bug you're experiencing

I have a fabric server on 1.21.1 and have a problem with players logging out but still staying in the game. They then mostly die from zombies etc.

It can be solved if players join again and only then the last disconnect is logged.

I don't know which mod is the problem but it could be this one. Has anyone ever had something like this?

Reproducability

It happens completely randomly. Sometimes it works properly, sometimes not.

So the error occurs 100% with this mod. I removed it today and now there are no more problems.

Your log shows version 6.0 while 6.1 is supposed to fix this issue
