I think 5 copper ingots is too cheap, is there a config file to change the recipe?

Surfing on my lunch break and it's almost over. I think 5 copper ingots is too cheap for adding to my late-game server, is there a config file to change the recipe? I'm thinking copper blocks, redstone blocks, and/or some other materials to make it a little more expensive.
It's standard recipe that you can override like any other (e.g. with a datapack).
