0.9.2+1.21 seems to break functionality of normal vanilla hoppers? No idea why.

They can move stuff from their inventory, but cannot catch loose items from above and put them into their inventory. I don't have enough information to give a detailed report. It could very well be something relating to other stuff in my world or what have you.
I'm not sure if this issue is also present in 0.9.1, will be testing that later today.
