You can use this mod in any yours modpack, without even ask. Just in case someone has truly desire to use this one mod.
You can also use it for "trolling" your "vanilla-only" friends, making them beliving their game has been broken/bugged.
Only one requisite: Forge 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768 or above.
