Suggestion: Allow vats to be made of any type of glass (including modded glass)

Only the plain glass is able to be used as a material for vats. Anything tagged as glass should be valid material for building a vat.
I'm going to merge this into #18, as the potential implementations of both these suggestions would be the same.
