I feel as if there should be more integration with the current ponder menu. For example, there could be a different entry for each functional group, and each molecule in the group (similar to a catalogue). It could include general information of their interactions with other chemicals and properties.

I feel as this feature would make it easier to make synthesis paths for people who aren't as familiar with the chemistry or how to identify key parts of the molecules. This could make it easier to make reactions using the already provided generic reactions, simply searching for a convenient chemical in the ponder menu. This could help take all the guesswork out of it.
