Description

It would potentially be useful for mod pack authors to have a "systems only" branch of the mod that doesn't include recipes & reagents etc. So that they can define their own chemistry from scratch rather than making wholesale changes to the existing reactions.

Problem This Addresses

It makes the mod a lot easier to integrate into mod packs that are very conscious of their internal balancing.

With upcoming changes to the chemistry API (possibly not in 1.0, but definitely some time in the future) integration will be a lot easier.
