When viewing the atoms/molecules in REI it suddenly gives a huge lag spike.

Forge Version of the video is 47.2.16 and on Minecraft 1.20.1 Create 0.5.1.f
Possible causes: Embeddium, Forge CIT, Legendary Tooltips, REI
Issue is not as significant on a fresh install with the mods Destroy, REI and their dependencies

edited because I do notice a small lag on the fresh install when viewing the items on REI, although a lot less compared to the other modpack
