Describe the bug

R-22 pyrolysis uses the default activation energy, which causes any R-22 made in a vat to immediately decompose through R-22 pyrolysis, making it unusable as a refrigerant.

To Reproduce

Add R-22 to a vat. Observe its immediate decomposition into hydrofluoric acid and tetrafluoroethylene.

Expected Behavior

R-22 should only pyrolyze at elevated temperatures.

• No other relevant mods
