[Suggestion]: Mangrove Tracks with The Wild Backport Mod

As the title says, add the 1.19 mangrove tracks to 1.18.2 and make them available if The Wild Backport mod is installed as it adds the 1.19 Mangrove wood to 1.18.2.

No point tbh we've dropped support for 1.18 basically except for bug fixes
