Display boards don't detect incoming trains when using 'Waypoint through station' option

Describe the Bug
If you have a circular track with multiple stations, and the train stops at each one, a display board connected to a station will immediately update when the train leaves the station to display the next time it departures. However, when changing the schedule to make the train waypoint through a station, it no longer displays the next departure until the train has passed that waypoint.
In my test, I did one where it stops at all stations, This worked as expected. When the train left station A, it displayed the next arrival immediately.
Then, waypoint through B, stop at C. It started displaying the arrival only after the train passed B.
Lastly, stopping at B and waypoint through C, it only displayed the next arrival after passing C.
EDIT:
This also appears to be the case when using the 'Time of Day' option, but this might more be related to Create, rather than Steam n Rails.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a circular track, and add 3 stations. (Lets call them A, B and C)
- Add a display board to station A set to station summary
- Make a schedule: Go to A -> waypoint through B -> Go to C -> loop
- Apply schedule to train
Expected Result
Display board should be able to display the next arrival when using waypoint through station.
