Controlling conductors don't load in chunks relative to conductor, when using sodium

Describe the Bug

When using a remote lens to control a conductor, the chunks visually loaded are relative to the player and not the conductor. Buttons and levers are still able to be interacted with in the unloaded chunks. Tested in singleplayer & multiplayer. idk if this is a steam n rails problem or a sodium problem.

Reproduction Steps

  1. have sodium
  2. Link a remote lens to a conductor
  3. Travel until conductor is out of render distance
  4. Use remote lens

Expected Result

Chunks should load based off the position of the conductor being controlled instead of the player.

I am also experiencing this issue on a multiplayer server with several optimization mods including sodium. I think it is a client-side issue, as create contraptions still render and Jade Serach still works indicating the server is sending the data, the blocks just aren't rendering.

I have the exact same issue with my shaders on forge 1.20.1

also controlling the conductor is really weird in multiplayer, it randomly jumps and will take fall damage jumping on a flat surface
